- Legal Data: In accordance with French law, we may collect passport information for the Fiche de Police (required for all tourist accommodation in France).
2. How We Use Your Data
We only use your information to:- Confirm and manage your holiday booking.
- Communicate essential arrival details (like directions to the new 2025 gondola!).
- Send an occasional “Early Bird” email (usually once or twice a year) to let you know when our diary opens for the next season. You can opt out of this at any time.
