Its snowing, and has been doing for the last 2 days. We've had loads with more forecast for the next couple of days. We must have had nearly a metre up top and probably a couple of foot in the village. Its practically been non stop since Thursday. The guests have skied sunshine and blue skies for the first part and then had fresh powder for the latter half of the week.
Hope the Gorfs and the Roll's have got back safe and Chris and Dawn you arrive ok today. Brian and the girls left us this morning, in a haze of snow. Thanks for a great week and hope to see you all again soon.
I did a very stupid thing on Friday!!!Dropped my phone off the lift. I cannot belive I did it. I thought I had been lucky as we were just going over a piste as it happened , so I raced down only to find it was like looking for a needle in a haystack.Everytime we rang it, it went straight to answer machine so we didn't have a chance of finding it. Karl was up to his waist digging for it, thanks too to everyone that helped me try and find it.
Anyway I went to Bourg and have now got a new one, one that will receive e mails and store pictures/tunes so I am sorted now.
We have now got the Weatherills in and looking forward to seeing Joe and Jacob(NY guests) again on Monday. You lucky things, you have timed the snow just right.
Here is a picture of Hannah,Laura and Carol in Villaroger with their family(no only joking Keith)!!!!

Well must close for now but will keep in touch.

Its been snowing!!!!Yesterday and today we have had snow which is supposed to continue until tomorrow. We have just come back from skiing and we have probably had about 6" up at the top. Jonny, Karl and I have just skied the black run from the Top of the Augile Rouge down to the carpark in Villaroger(7km) non-stop. It was in good condition all the way down and not too busy. Its supposed to be the longest black in Europe.
We have just finished a great week with Fran,Marina,Sally,Kate and Liz, the girls from Yorkshire. We skied them all over, I think they surprised themselves. We skied down into Italy one day and found a brilliant restaurant we had been recommended.Included in the price was wine too, so we all felt it would be rude not have a glass or two or three, as it seemed never ending. We then had to ski all the way back, which Karl and Jonny thought we did a bit quicker due to the girls alcohol fueled lunch!!!!!Everyone had a great day and it was sunshine all the way. This is a picture of the girls half way down the Italy side.

Our next guests arrive this evening, with more on Saturday and Monday. Its half term week so the slopes will be busier this week.We very rarely have any queues here so I hope it doesn't happen this week. Bye for now.

We've just had a great week with Chris and the boys from Warickshire, thanks lads and hope you all got back safe!!
Karl, Jonnys friend is still with us and helping us out for the next 4 weeks. He is the only person who quality controls the boiled eggs in a morning, one for you, one for me.Its good having him around and certainly makes things easier for Jonny and me.
Pistes are still in great condition although we have had a bit of wind during the last 2 days. Temperatures have warmed up a little which is a sign snow is on its way.Jonny and Anneha are skiing as I speak.Im looking after Ffi.
We've just said goodbye to Sal and Peter who came out last year to see us. Hope to see you again soon.We now have 6 lads from Sheffield who seem really nice. They arrived last night and had a few drinks with Michelle in LaFerme(or should I say Mutzigs)We all ate dinner and then went down to Le Monal where there was a band playing. It was a good evening.

We still have a couple of rooms free for the period 3rd-11th Feb so if anyone fancies a last minute break please get in touch.
Before I go will just say hello to Heather, when are you coming to see us!!!
